WR Logistics Uzbekistan is supporting the development of a new agrochemical manufacturing facility through the coordinated delivery of industrial equipment from multiple international suppliers. Following the successful completion of the first shipments within just two weeks, the operation continues with additional cargo moving according to the project's construction schedule.
The logistics scope includes transportation of essential equipment required for the facility's production process, including:
- Solid-form insecticide and fungicide production unit
- Wettable Powder (WP) insecticide and fungicide production line
- Wettable Powder (WP) filling and packaging line
- Lime storage, conveying and dosing system
With cargo originating from more than seven manufacturing sites, the operation combines containerized freight with oversized equipment. Each shipment requires detailed planning to synchronize collection, export procedures, international transportation, and delivery to the final installation site.

The delivery scope reflects the complexity of supplying a modern industrial facility, where equipment from different manufacturers must be carefully coordinated and delivered in the required sequence to support installation and commissioning activities.
By managing cargo movements across multiple origins within a single logistics program, WR Logistics ensures schedule reliability while maintaining safe handling and efficient execution throughout the supply chain.
As deliveries continue, this project demonstrates WR Logistics' expertise in supporting industrial investments with customized project logistics solutions, bringing together international suppliers, specialized transport, and operational coordination under one integrated approach.
