Miguel Salas appointed CEO for WR Logistics in Spain
Today we are proud to announce the appointment of Miguel Salas as Chief Executive Officer for Spain. Based in Madrid, he leads operations across the country, with a focus on project delivery, customer engagement, and market development in Southern Europe.
This new position reinforces WR Logistics’ commitment to strengthening its presence in the region and advancing its global growth strategy. Salas will oversee services in project logistics and heavy lift, supporting industrial clients in sectors such as oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, and engineering. His work also involves coordination with WR Logistics’ network across Europe, the Middle East, CIS, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
He brings over two decades of experience in international project logistics, with senior roles at firms including AsstrA Associated Traffic AG, TIBA, GAC Group, NMT Projects, Geodis Wilson, and Ceva Logistics. Throughout his career, he has delivered transport solutions for complex industrial projects across a wide range of markets.
