WR Logistics has expanded its footprint in the Caucasus region through a strategic investment by WR Group Holding in RETEMS, Azerbaijan’s leading provider of project logistics. The move deepens WR Logistics’ capabilities along the Middle Corridor, enhancing cross-border project logistics solutions from Baku to Georgia, Kazakhstan, and beyond.
RETEMS joins WR Logistics’ global network following the co-ownership agreement, combining strong local expertise with international execution. Based in Azerbaijan, RETEMS is a key player in logistics for industrial and infrastructure projects in the region. With this investment, the company becomes an integral part of WR Logistics’ offering to energy, EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction), and industrial clients operating along the Middle Corridor.

As part of the integration, Orkhan Musayev, General Director of RETEMS, has been appointed Vice President for Industrial Projects at WR Logistics. He will lead regional project development and contribute his experience to WR Logistics’ wider industrial operations.
