WR Logistics is pleased to welcome Zhanna Mukhanova as Global HR Director, reinforcing its commitment to a people-centered culture and sustainable global growth.
Zhanna brings over 15 years of international experience in human resources, coaching, and organizational development across logistics, technology, and consulting sectors. Her previous roles include senior HR leadership positions at Azurite Logistics, EY, and ASTEL JSC, where she implemented strategies to build high-performing teams and align people development with business outcomes.
With an Executive MBA from KIMEP University and professional certifications from CIPD and Erickson Coaching International, Zhanna combines executive leadership with academic insight. She also taught Human Capital Management at KIMEP University, where she focused on developing future HR leaders.
